As fate would have it, I will be bringing my boyfriend (to whom I am engaged) to my work Christmas party. This means a lot of introductions. There are 25 of us in the company and with spouses and friends and the like, I'm likely to make 50+ introductions.
I hate the word "Fiance". I hate it like I hate the word "nipple".
I need a new word that we can boost into predominance as the commonly accepted term before next Wednesday.
